English Classes
6 week Group Triple P (0-12 years)
Group Triple P is a broad-based parenting intervention delivered over 6 weeks for parents of children up to 12 years. Parents actively participate in a range of exercises to learn about the causes of child behavior problems, setting specific goals and using strategies to promote child development, manage misbehavior and plan for high-risk situations

5 week Family Transitions Co-Parenting Class
Family Transitions is designed for parents who are experiencing personal distress from separation or divorce, which is impacting on or complicating their parenting. During five sessions, Family Transitions Triple P assists parents who need extra support to adjust and manage the transition of separation or divorce. It focuses on skills to resolve conflicts with former partners and how to cope positively with stress.

10 week Anger Management Program
Our anger management classes provide a supportive environment for individuals to understand, manage, and channel their emotions constructively. Through evidence-based techniques and practical strategies, participants learn to navigate challenging situations with composure and resilience, fostering healthier relationships and promoting personal growth.

8 week Supporting Father Involvement
Supporting Father Involvement is a dynamic and inclusive initiative dedicated to recognizing, promoting, and empowering fathers' active participation in their children's lives. Grounded in the belief that fathers play a crucial role in their children's development and well-being, this program offers a range of resources, support services, and community-based initiatives to encourage and facilitate meaningful father-child relationships.

Group Triple P es una intervención parental de base amplia que se imparte durante 6 semanas para padres de niños de hasta 12 años. Los padres participan activamente en una variedad de ejercicios para aprender sobre las causas de los problemas de conducta infantil, estableciendo objetivos específicos y utilizando estrategias para promover el desarrollo infantil, controlar el mal comportamiento y planificar situaciones de alto riesgo.
