Our Impact
Empowering communities, transforming lives.
This year, Families Empowered and Transformed (F.E.A.T.) continued to strengthen families through parenting education, family support, youth services, workshops, and individualized coaching across Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
Our 2025/2026 Impact Report highlights a year of growth, meaningful outcomes, and community partnership. We reached 600+ people, delivered 895 community programs and services, and expanded access to Triple P Positive Parenting programs and other family-centered services.
Most importantly, our results reflect meaningful change: 98% of parents reported significant improvements in their children's behavior, 99% reported improved self-regulation skills, and 98% of participants successfully graduated from their classes. We also increased our services in Alameda County by 60% compared to the previous year.
